Family Therapy

Move through conflict as a family with more understanding and communication, and less reactivity.

Our Approach

Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, adolescent tension, or the impact of anxiety or neurodivergence in the household, we provide structured, supportive guidance to help your family function more peacefully.

Dr. Rachel Hughes uses a foundational General Systems Theory model, strategic therapy to shift the stick-in-the-mud feeling of difficult patterns or interactions in your family and pair this with the value-based interventions of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you confidently navigate forward for future situations beyond our therapeutic relationship.
