Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy for Kids, Teens & Families
Our Approach
At Connect Counseling, we provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy that respects and celebrates neurological differences, including ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and learning differences.
We do not approach neurodivergence as something to “fix.” Instead, we support individuals and families in understanding strengths, reducing shame, and building practical tools for navigating a world that isn’t always designed for neurodivergent brains.
We support:
ADHD (attention, impulsivity, executive functioning)
Autism spectrum differences
Sensory sensitivities
Social communication challenges
Emotional regulation difficulties
Rejection sensitivity
Burnout and masking fatigue
Our Therapy Is:
Strengths-based
Trauma-informed
Regulation-focused
Collaborative with caregivers
Skill-building without shame
We help clients understand how their brains work and build systems that actually support them.
